I purchased their screw compressor thinking that it is good company with reliable product due to their marketing, but to my surprise we found that their product is not engineered for Indian conditions more over they don’t supply maintenance manual. Our compressor failed within 46 hours of running over a period of few years. The company charge very high amount for part replacements almost half the cost of new machine. We have to resort to alternate machine which costed 1/20th cost of Atlas Copco. We have filed case against them at consumer forum.
